Referral Guidelines If you are working you can NOT be on Local 125's "Out of Work" books	Jurisdiction Portland Office of Local Union 125 will be the dispatching point for applicants for employment in Baker, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Marion, Morrow, Multnomah, Sherman, Tillamook, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wasco, Washington, Wheeler, and Yamhill Counties in the State of Oregon, and Clark, Klickitat, and Skamania Counties in the State of Washington.
